Welcome to SelectCarQuotes. These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of selectcarquotes.com and related pages (the “Site”), including quote-request forms, informational content, and related services offered through the Site (the “Services”).

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and SelectCarQuotes. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. By accessing or using any portion of the Site—including submitting a quote request—you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

SelectCarQuotes operates a marketing and quote-request platform that helps consumers explore Auto Insurance and Homeowners Insurance options and may connect interested consumers with licensed insurance agents and/or insurance carriers. SelectCarQuotes is not an insurance company, does not underwrite policies, and does not issue insurance contracts. Any coverage is offered only by licensed insurers or producers and is subject to underwriting, state law, and policy terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and can form a legally binding contract. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that information you submit is truthful and complete to the best of your knowledge.

3. Limited license to use the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes—such as requesting insurance quotes and reading educational content. You may view, bookmark, and print pages for personal reference only. We may suspend or end this license at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Site.

4. Quote requests and Services information

Submitting a form on the Site is a request for information and/or a quote conversation—not an application that binds coverage, not a guarantee of a premium, discount, or approval, and not an offer of insurance. Availability of products, carriers, payment options, and potential savings varies by state, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and the details you provide.

Information on the Site is believed to be helpful at the time of posting, but coverage descriptions are general. Always confirm specific policy language, limits, exclusions, and pricing with a licensed agent or insurer before purchasing.

5. Accuracy of information and account security

You agree to provide accurate contact and coverage-related information. Misleading or fraudulent submissions may be declined, deleted, or referred for investigation. If you create login credentials on any related portal, you are responsible for safeguarding them and for activity under your credentials. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use at contact@selectcarquotes.com.

6. Communications and marketing consent

If you provide express written consent on a Site form (for example, by checking a TCPA consent box), you authorize the communications described in that consent language and in our Privacy Policy—which may include calls, autodialed or prerecorded/artificial voice messages, SMS/MMS texts, and emails about insurance quotes and related offers. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance. You may revoke phone/SMS consent by replying STOP to a text or emailing contact@selectcarquotes.com.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and original content are owned by SelectCarQuotes or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, mirror, or commercially exploit Site materials except as expressly allowed in these Terms. SelectCarQuotes and related marks identify our quote-request service; other product or company names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) submit malware, spam, or deceptive content; (c) harvest personal information without authorization; (d) interfere with Site security or operations; (e) impersonate another person or entity; or (f) attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts.

9. Third-party links and partners

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, agents, carriers, or tools. We do not control those properties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with licensed agents, insurers, or other third parties are between you and that party. Nothing on the Site creates an agency, partnership, or joint venture between you and SelectCarQuotes unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELECTCARQUOTES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that quote estimates (if any) will match a final premium.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELECTCARQUOTES AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FROM THIRD-PARTY UNDERWRITING OR COVERAGE DECISIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify SelectCarQuotes and its personnel against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or inaccurate information you submit.

13. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe activity creates legal or security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The current version is always available from the Site footer.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SelectCarQuotes primarily operates its business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections of your state require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction may hear disputes that are not subject to an alternative dispute process required by law.
